‍A highly respected estate agency with 14 offices across Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset, Webbers entrusted us with partial and full refurbishments of nine of their locations.
For their Braunton office, the brief was to reflect the area's strong surfing culture while maintaining a professional and traditional look. The refurbishment was carried out in two stages:‍

Stage One
‍The goal was to create a sense of place that connected with the local community, without compromising the professionalism expected from an estate agent. To achieve this, we designed and manufactured three faux surfboards using materials that matched the overall aesthetic of the office. These surfboards became a symbolic connection to the local surfing community, integrating a sense of local identity into the design.‍

Stage Two
‍We were commissioned to transform the front elevation of the office, located at the busiest intersection in Braunton—a prime opportunity to increase its street presence. We manufactured a new fascia and replaced the existing external blinds with sleek, bespoke contemporary lines crafted from steel, aluminium, and composite aluminium coverings. These materials were carefully chosen to withstand the coastal winds, ensuring durability in the seaside location.
