Martin & Co Battersea: A Vision Reimagined

After the success of our previous refurbishment for Martin & Co Chelsea, we were honoured to be entrusted with a new challenge: a redesign for their Battersea office. While 95% of agents might have questioned the need for a makeover, the principal of this office had a clear vision—one that we were eager to bring to life.

Walking into the existing space, I was initially surprised by the exceptional quality and finish. Previously a showroom for Berkeley Homes, showcasing developments from around the globe, the standard was already incredibly high. But the question remained: How could we take this space to the next level?

As I pondered the task, it was my subconscious that provided the answer. The next morning, after a restless night, the solution became crystal clear—hidden in plain sight within the site plan. That unique inspiration was exactly what we needed to transform the vision into a very unique reality.
