Dendrow
Ealing

About the project
The Dendrow Ealing project, which involved transforming a former betting shop, posed unique challenges, making it a memorable refurbishment. With no dedicated space for parking or a skip, the team had to manually bag up all the waste and load it into a van, often on a busy roundabout—an effort that luckily avoided any fines.
The client’s brief was simple yet distinct: create an industrial loft-style office space with a mandatory feature—a fish tank. This inspired the team to design a bespoke meeting area with a 6-seater multi user desk. An important part of the clients brief was the fish tank, so we manufacture a bespoke meet and greet coffee table designed to take the weight of the fish tank. An innovative studio idea introduced faux beams made from a secret material that appears authentic until touched, further enhancing the industrial look.
The project was a great success, despite minor issues with the toilet drainage, common in older properties. The end result reflected a perfect blend of industrial chic with unique elements like the fish tank and faux beams. The whole job was an unmitigated success.
